Canyoneering and Cliff Jumping at Kanlaob Falls, Cebu

We left Fantasy Lodge for a day that would test everyone’s nerve. In Alegria we geared up, climbed onto motorcycles for a trek into the jungle, then hiked in to Kanlaob Falls.

From there, the only way forward was down. We took our first cliff jump, then jumped our way through the falls one pool at a time, with a rope swing thrown in for good measure. Back in town, we refueled on grilled chicken parts, which felt only fair after the day we’d had. It’s a great pick for active families heading to the Philippines.
