Overwater Bungalows at Princesa Garden Island Resort, Palawan

On our final day in Puerto Princesa, we decided the smartest itinerary was no itinerary at all. We stayed on-resort at Princesa Garden Island Resort and Spa and tried to squeeze in as many of its activities as we could before flying home to Metro Manila.

The morning started with a floating breakfast just outside our bedroom, followed (because we’re thorough) by the buffet in the resort restaurant. Then we set off to explore the grounds: the arcade, the pools, the overwater bungalows and, yes, the karaoke rooms.
