Montauk: Where to Eat and What to Do in the Hamptons

After spending the early part of the week in the Hamptons, our 34th stop was Montauk, the beach and surf town on the eastern tip of Long Island. We only had one day, so we tried to eat, drink and explore like locals.

We had breakfast at Joni’s Kitchen, climbed the Montauk Point Lighthouse and grabbed lunch at the Gig Shack. After snacks from Herb’s Market and time on Montauk Beach, we painted at Poppy Heart, took in happy hour at Sel Rrose, had dinner at South Edison and finished with ice cream at John’s Drive-In.
