World Traveller is one of Atlas Ocean Voyages’ core expedition fleet vessels, carrying 196 guests in 98 all-suite accommodations with Atlas’ signature “All Inclusive All the Way” model covering meals, premium beverages, most excursions, and gratuities. As a sister vessel to the World Navigator, World Traveller delivers the same refined-but-relaxed atmosphere that has made Atlas one of the most consistently well-reviewed expedition brands among American travelers.
The ship is ice class 1B, making her suitable for the Antarctic Peninsula and most polar routing, and carries a fleet of Zodiacs for Zodiac landing programs. Onboard, guests find a design aesthetic that emphasizes warmth and contemporary comfort over institutional expedition functionality — well-appointed suites, multiple dining venues, a spa, and social spaces designed for the kind of informal conversation that comes from sharing an extraordinary experience. The expedition team leads all shore programs and evening enrichment lectures.
World Traveller operates Antarctica itineraries departing from Ushuaia, and also sails Arctic, Norwegian fjords, Mediterranean, and other global routes. For travelers who want the boutique atmosphere and all-inclusive value of Atlas without stepping up to the Scenic Eclipse or Seabourn price point, World Traveller is the natural choice.

What makes Atlas World Traveller the ship

7Aft Grill (Outdoor Dining)
Al fresco grill, warm-water voyages only
An open-air dining venue serving grilled specialties and casual fare in a relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for sunset dinners and breezy lunches with uninterrupted ocean views. Open on warm-water voyages only; it’s closed on polar (cold-water) voyages.

Lisboa (Main Restaurant)
The one main restaurant: open seating, globally inspired menus
Lisboa is World Traveller’s one main restaurant; Atlas’s World Class yachts don’t have a separate specialty restaurant. It serves a rotating, globally inspired menu at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with open seating so you dine on your own schedule, attentive service and panoramic views. Everything on the menu is included in the all-inclusive fare.
The Explorer’s Table
Ten-guest chef’s table on polar voyages, additional cost
On Polar Expeditions, ten guests at a time gather in The Dome for a multi-course global tasting menu with premium wine pairings, with Antarctica or the Arctic as the backdrop. It happens only once per voyage and costs extra, so ask us to request seats when you book.

Atlas Lounge
Central social gathering space
A stylish indoor lounge designed for conversation and connection, serving cocktails, wine, and small bites in a relaxed yet polished environment.

Paula’s Pantry (Café & Light Bites)
Coffee bar & light fare throughout the day
A cozy café offering specialty coffees, pastries, and light snacks. The perfect stop for a morning espresso or a casual bite between excursions.

The Dome Observation Lounge
Signature panoramic observation space
The ship’s iconic glass-wrapped lounge at the bow, offering sweeping views and a serene setting for wildlife spotting, lectures, and evening cocktails.

Zephyr Lounge
Intimate bar with ocean views
A sophisticated lounge space offering curated wines, spirits, and craft cocktails. An inviting setting to unwind after a day of exploration.

Hot Tubs / Whirlpool
Outdoor whirlpools with sea views
Outdoor whirlpools offering warm relaxation with panoramic ocean views, ideal after a day of exploration.

Pool Deck
Heated pool & open-air lounging
An inviting outdoor deck centered around a heated pool, surrounded by loungers and open space to relax between excursions.

Lecture Theater / Expedition Briefing Room
Educational presentations & briefings
A dedicated theater space hosting expert-led lectures, destination briefings, and enrichment programming throughout the voyage.

Mudroom / Expedition Prep Area
Gear storage & prep space
A dedicated expedition area for storing and organizing gear, designed to streamline boarding and disembarkation during remote landings.

Fitness Studio / Gym
Modern cardio & strength equipment
A well-equipped fitness center featuring cardio machines and strength-training equipment, allowing guests to maintain their wellness routines at sea.

Open-Air Running Track
Outdoor walking & jogging path
An open-air track encircling the upper deck, providing space for jogging or leisurely walks while taking in the surrounding scenery.

SeaSpa by L’OCCITANE
Full-service spa with luxury treatments
A tranquil wellness sanctuary offering massages, facials, and holistic treatments in partnership with L’OCCITANE, designed to restore and rejuvenate after active days ashore.

All-Inclusive All the Way
Premium beverages, dining, gratuities, excursions, 1GB wifi
Atlas’ “All Inclusive All the Way” model covers premium wines and spirits, all dining, gratuities, most shore excursions, and 1GB of complimentary wifi (additional data can be purchased): everything except optional add-ons and personal purchases. On polar itineraries, the all-inclusive pricing provides meaningful value relative to operators who charge separately for beverages and extras. It also simplifies the onboard experience: guests book their expedition and simply don’t need to think about incidentals for the duration of the voyage.
